4 Axle Lowboy Trailer to Ship to Ghana Soon
A customer from Ghana recently placed an order for a BENCHI 4 axle lowboy trailer. The factory has informed us that this 60-ton lowboy trailer has been manufactured and is now undergoing load testing.
Before deciding on this purchase, the customer evaluated three different manufacturers, including our facility. Ultimately, they selected our product after thorough comparison.
The 4 axle lowboy trailer is exceptionally versatile and ideal for transporting a variety of heavy machinery, oversized loads, road construction equipment, large tanks, power station components, and diverse steel materials.
It is crucial to maintain your 4 axle lowboy trailer in peak condition.
All welded sections of the trailer must be smooth and uniform. Welding can occasionally produce rough textures due to thermal distortion, so it is essential to inspect all joints for any unevenness. Additionally, check for any cracks or penetration at the beam junctions.
The main beam of the BENCHI 4 axle lowboy trailer is crafted from T700 high-strength structural steel. The superior yield strength of T700 steel, at over 700MPa, ensures enhanced durability and strength, boasting a carrying capacity five times greater than that of trailers made from Q345 steel.
The structural design of this main beam features a height of 500mm and a thickness of 14mm, with both the upper and lower plates measuring 22mm thick and 220mm wide.
In contrast, lowboy trailers from other manufacturers utilize main beams made from Q345 steel, with the upper and lower panels only 140mm wide, resulting in a frame carrying capacity that is 27% less than that of BENCHI’s.
The side beams of the trailer adopt an “H” shape design, welded from T700 high-strength steel. This design enhances the load-bearing capacity to double that of other materials, ensuring it remains deformation-free even after a decade of usage. Its anti-turbulence capacity also sees a threefold increase.
The loading ramp of the 4 axle lowboy trailer is constructed using robust H60 high-strength steel plate, which significantly supports heavy equipment such as excavators, ensuring they traverse the spring ramp without causing any deformation or damage.
The ramp features a four-in-one high-strength board, robust and resistant to deformation. Equipped with a high-elastic double spring, it can be effortlessly lifted with one hand, simplifying operations.
Compared to other manufacturers who use channel steel for their ramps, which is prone to deformation and collapse, BENCHI’s design ensures a service life of over five years, highlighting its durability and reliability.
