BENCHI’s 3 axle fence cargo trailer utilizes advanced submerged arc welding technology. There is no welding interface between the middle, lower, and upper plates of the main beam.
The main beam is made of T700 high-strength steel, providing a stronger load-bearing capacity and a service life exceeding 10 years.
The trailer reinforces the main beam. The gooseneck part of the main beam and the middle plate are reinforced with double plates, ensuring minimal deformation even when loaded heavily.
The bottom plate of the gooseneck part is also reinforced with double plates.
The 3 Axle Fence Semi Trailer employs six longitudinal beams to construct the frame, which strengthens the trailer and prevents the platform from sagging.
It uses high-density diagonal braces to support the cross beams. Each cross beam has its support, with only a 50cm distance between every two diagonal braces.
