Warranty:

All Benchi Heavy Industry semi-trailers come with a one-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

Returns & Refunds:

• Acceptance of Returns: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition for Returns: Returns are only accepted for products that are new, unopened, and in their original packaging, or products that have never been used.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
• Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 1-2 working days after receiving the returned product. Please note, refunds may pass through a U.S. intermediary bank and could take 1-5 business days to be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you no longer use the original card, please inform us in advance.
• Responsibility for Charges: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional charges (such as handling and damages) incurred during the return process.
