Contract Agreement

All sales and orders constitute a binding legal agreement between the customer and Benchi Heavy Industry. By making a purchase or placing an order, the customer signifies acceptance of our Sale Agreement.

Returns and Exchanges

Defective merchandise must be returned with an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Benchi Heavy Industry.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied for items returned for exchange.
