  • Procedure: Refunds may pass through a U.S. intermediary bank and could take 1-5 business days to be credited back to your payment account.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. This includes credit/debit cards and online banking. For transactions made via a payment gateway, the refund will revert to the same account.
