Warranty Coverage

Benchi Heavy Industry offers a one-year warranty on all new semi-trailers from the shipping date. To be eligible, semi-trailers sold through dealers must be registered within 30 days of purchase. We assure that all semi-trailers are free from manufacturing defects in workmanship, parts, and materials. We will repair or replace, free of charge, any components deemed defective by Benchi Heavy Industry.

Warranty Conditions

• Defective items or parts must be returned to Benchi Heavy Industry along with the complaint.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging to prevent shipping damage. Adequate packaging is required for part returns.
• Costs for replacement and shipping will be the customer’s responsibility if the damage results from inadequate maintenance, cleaning, misuse, or abuse.

Exclusions

• This warranty does not cover damages from natural disasters, terrorism, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance or cleaning, accidents, neglect, inadequate dust collection, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs or alterations.
• Benchi Heavy Industry is not liable for additional tools or modifications on any semi-trailer. Warranty voidance is determined on a case-by-case basis for such additions.
• The warranty does not cover user alignment, adjustments, tuning, or machine settings.
• Users are responsible for understanding basic operations, settings, and maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines.

Technical Support and Claims

• Technical support for installing replacement parts is available through phone, WhatsApp, email, or Benchi Heavy Industry customer support online.
• The labor for installing replacement parts falls under the user’s responsibility.
• Benchi Heavy Industry is not accountable for damage or loss by freight companies or circumstances beyond our control. Report loss or damage within 24 hours of delivery.
