The working platform, the main load-bearing part, includes main beams, side beams, cross beams, bottom plates, and suspensions. The main beam thickness should meet international standards: 14/8/16 mm. The middle beam’s steel plate, made of Q345B manganese steel, is 8 mm thick.

The bottom plate adopts a 3 mm thick pattern plate as per international standards. Using a 2 mm thick template or a 2.5 mm base plate reduces costs by $700. The trailer has a 60-ton capacity limit.

There are three axle types: 13-ton, 13-ton, and 16-ton brake axles.

BENCHI’s axles include 13-ton axles and 16-ton braking system axles, offering better performance and shortening the braking distance by over 5 meters.

The trailer uses vacuum tires, model 12R22.5, for better heat dissipation.

BENCHI’s ordinary mechanical suspension uses special high-strength steel, 6 mm thick. The center pin diameter is 70 mm.
