New Side Dump Trailer Inspection
- During lifting, check the hydraulic cylinder, gear pump, and control valve. Ensure there are no issues like sticking, bouncing, or abnormal noises.
- Verify the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank. If insufficient, add oil according to the specified grade requirements.
- Inspect the manual operation valve and the air and hydraulic systems for leaks.
- Perform a no-load lifting test following the lifting mechanism’s operating procedures.
- After 8-10 no-load lifting tests, if everything functions normally without oil or gas leaks, the dumping performance is considered good.

- Construction: Both the frame and the longitudinal beams are welded with high-quality manganese plates. The cargo box comes in dustpan and rectangular shapes, providing high strength, lifting force, rigidity, and toughness. This ensures a strong bearing capacity without permanent deformation.
- Advanced Technology: Main components are processed using advanced equipment. The longitudinal beams feature fully automatic submerged arc welding, and the assembly machine precisely assembles the axle and steel plate spring.
